The project is a 96,000 square foot, 28 foot clear height, single story light manufacturing building. There is a large solar panel array on the roof for power generation.
The roof framing consists of open web steel joists and structural steel girders supported by structural steel columns. The exterior walls are load-bearing precast concrete. Mezzanine framing is concrete on metal form deck, supported by open web steel joists and structural steel beams and columns. The building foundations consist of trench footings below the perimeter walls and spread footings supporting the interior steel columns.
